Remote Area Nurse – Permanent FIFO - Remote WA

About the role

Remote Area Nurse to join their team in a permanent FIFO position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a two-nurse clinic, delivering primary health care to a remote community while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

This role would suit a confident Remote Area Nurse who enjoys working autonomously while building strong relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities

• Acute presentations and emergency response
• Chronic disease management
• Primary health care assessments
• Women's health and child health
• Health promotion and community engagement
• Participation in an on-call roster

Requirements

• Previous Remote Area Nursing experience (essential)
• Current AHPRA registration
• REC and MEC certificates desirable
• Ability to work confidently in a small remote clinic environment
• Strong emergency and primary health care skills
